The RIE Division was founded in 2020 as a cross-university entity with a dedicated mission: to spearhead interdisciplinary and international research through collaboration among researchers from diverse fields. This division is the successor of the Research Division of DOSCST to nurture experts in international research development fields. Presently, the division hosts four research centers (ICRMP, Data Science and Evaluation Center, TIEC, and PCGL), and continues to evolve and expand.
